Due to legislative requirements, our client had a very cumbersome on-boarding process. This was losing them business, so we were brought in to help redesign it.

We found that the process had been designed around the needs of the business rather than their client. By switching the focus, we were able to reduce the number of steps by over 50%, whilst continuing to comply with the legislative requirements.

As a result, the amount of time from enquiry to ‘live’ was significantly reduced and the overall conversion rate increased by over 20%.
