The value of your work isn’t the report you finish or the set of accounts you file. It’s what someone is able to do because of it.
A founder understands why profit has changed. A growing business works out whether it can afford its next hire. A team gets the information it needs to make a difficult decision. Someone can finally see a way forward.
You’ll work directly with ambitious business owners across reporting, forecasts, review meetings, planning, conversations, and the systems behind them. And because we use technology properly, you’ll spend less time buried in repetitive admin and more time developing the judgement, commercial thinking, and communication skills that make you genuinely useful to clients.

The reports, forecasts, and analysis you create won’t just be completed and filed away. They’ll be read, discussed, and used by founders to understand what’s happening, think through their options, and make real decisions.

We’re Xero-native and we use technology to make the work better. Xero, Dext, Fathom, AI tools, and the wider tech stack help us spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on the work that adds real value for clients.

You’ll understand what your next step looks like, the skills you need to build, and the support available to help you get there. And when you’re ready for more responsibility, we won’t make you wait for an arbitrary number of years before giving it to you.

Every six months, we’ll sit down and agree what you want to develop next. Your plan is written down and backed by the time, support, and opportunities you need to put it into practice.
