We’re so excited to have you with us. It’s our mission to help amazing businesses like yours learn, thrive and grow to new heights.

Meet Joanna, our Business Administrator.

Here’s what happens next.

First up, we’ll get you onboarded with us, add you to our internal systems and get you set up so we can start working together. There are a few things we have to do, but we’ll make this as easy as possible for you.

  • We’ll need a copy of your driver’s license or passport and a copy of a utility bill.

  • If you have a previous accountant, we’ll send them a digital letter to let them know that we’re taking over. We’ll only do this once we get the go-ahead from you.

  • We’ll apply to HMRC to become your agent, they’ll send out a letter (why are they so old-fashioned?) with a code that you can send us– meaning we can speak to them on your behalf.

  • Software setup and process design is an important part of the onboarding. We’ll review your systems and make any changes for us to work well together.

  • It’s official, we’re ready to go at this stage! Look out for some doughnuts or brownies heading your way. 🍩
